The Shell Pension Fund

The objective of the policy of the Board is to meet the pension rights and entitlements of its beneficiaries while endeavouring to protect pensions in payment and deferred pension entitlements against inflation. It does this by taking account of the development of the “derived consumer price index for all households”. The Pension Fund tries to realize its objective with low and stable contributions wherever possible.
