Recepten voor specialiteitskoffie raken in de mode; de koffiebrouwer wordt voortaan barista genoemd en zijn, haar of hen vaardigheden zijn belangrijk.\u003C/p\u003E\r\n\u003Cp\u003E\u003Cb\u003EZeven jaar geleden was Shell al een grote speler op de koffiemarkt en verkocht jaarlijks meer dan 100 miljoen kopjes koffie op de eigen tankstations. \u003C/b\u003EMaar het aanbod was versnipperd: Shell had zeven verschillende nevenmerken voor haar koffie- en eetassortiment, met negen koffiemelanges en gezet met machines van twaalf verschillende fabrikanten.
