The largest, most interesting and most advanced refinery in Europe, I believe. Perhaps it looks dangerous to some, a city of plants, steam, pipes, towers.

On an ordinary weekday, an average of 2700 people work at Pernis in more than 60 plants.

This is where our newest factory is built.

In this biofuel factory, we will produce sustainable aviation fuel and renewable diesel from waste. Think of frying fat and plant residues..

Climate-wise, it is essential for us to continually reduce our CO2 emissions. Our residual materials
provide CO2 to horticulturists, who use it to grow their plants more quickly.
