Use our online job finder to find the job that's right for you. Go to the Job Search Tool. Or why not sign up for our Shell Talent Community, so you will receive the latest updates on career opportunities, major projects and events in your field. When you sign up for the Shell Talent Community, your qualities will be accessible to our recruiters and they will actively help you find a job as soon as your expertise matches a vacancy.
Apply online
If you have previously applied for a position at Shell, go directly to your personal profile in the Job Search Tool and submit a new application for a new position. If you have not been in touch yet, register and create a profile. After that, you can send your application. You will normally receive our confirmation of receipt within 48 hours.
Find common ground in an introductory meeting
If you are a selected candidate, we will usually ensure that you have an initial introductory interview within two weeks. Usually over the phone or via an online connection. Let your curiosity run wild and ask us as many questions as you like about the position and what it is like to work at Shell.
Final assessment
If the introductory meeting went well, we will invite you for an assessment. This usually takes place within three weeks of the introductory meeting. This interview will either be face-to-face or online. It is basically an interview in which your competencies for the position you have applied for are assessed. For some positions there will also be a scenario-based exercise. Of course, you will have the opportunity to ask us questions as well, for example about the possible remuneration and additional benefits. Normally, you will hear the outcome of the final assessment within a few days.
